I finally had time to make business cards for my mom’s guides company ExploreDK.
I used the logo and same font as I used on the website. which is PT Sans. Reason to why I use it is because it works with Cyrillic alphabet and looks cute, but still fancy. Its a double-sided business card, where on one side information is in English and on other in Russian.
I just got finished with a very exciting task. One other person from school (Rune Friis) and I were asked to make a business plan folder for our school. School’s production department already had a general idea of how the folder should look like and they already asked a professional photographer Per Morten to take photos for it.
This time business plan folder needed to look more simple and photos were supposed to dominate the design, plus the rope from the photos was supposed to continue over the folder as a graphic element.
Rune and I made several layout designs. When one of them got approved I set everything up and Rune made corrections and looked at typography.
So here is the result which was printed in at least 1000 copies and was sent to different organizations and institutions:

We are very lucky this year with the weather this year in Denmark – rain, rain, more rain, and some rain on top of that. So what can brighten up your day when its so dark, cold and rainy?
My answer to that is:
Yeah! My custom-made I’m batman raincoat brings a smile to my face when I bike in the rain, knowing that even though weather is horrible but… I’m Batman!
So far I got good response to it. One guy asked me where I got such a cool raincoat and I told him that its custom-made. =)

I decided that I could use some business cards and that its about time I finally get them made!
I looked on some sites for some inspiration and got an idea of how my business cards should look. I decided to follow same style as my CV with color and use of dots. I also copied the “Hej” to interact better with whoever is seeing the card.

So in the end I am pretty satisfied with the result, and it seems like people find the idea funny – so its all good!
